Year 1 walk around Wokingham

As part of the Year 1 curriculum, the children walked around the park area and then along the High Street and saw the Tudor Houses.  They visited the Post Office to buy stamps and the girls sent postcards to their parents.  They also visited the Town Hall; the Mace Bearer talked about the Mayor and someone dressed up as the Mayor. Despite the cold, it was a very successful afternoon!

Welcome from the Head

Welcome to our website, which provides an insight into life at our school. The best way to see White House School is to come to visit in person and we are always delighted to show visitors round our happy school in Wokingham.

White House School is an independent Christian day school, for girls aged 2½ to 11, with an excellent co-educational nursery, awarded "Outstanding" from Ofsted in July 2008.

We provide a secure and supportive environment for effective learning and personal growth.  High standards are pursued within a framework of Christian values, celebrating the uniqueness and inherent value of each individual; confident, articulate and successful children leave White House.Sarah Gillam
