Welcome From The Head
I am delighted to welcome you to our website, which provides an insight into life at our school. The best way to see White House School is to come to visit in person and we are always thrilled to show visitors round our thriving school in Wokingham.

White House School is an independent Christian day school, for girls and boys to the end of Year 6. The whole school was judged "outstanding and excellent" by the ISI in June 2011.  Children can begin our "outstanding" nursery during the term preceding their third birthday.

We provide a secure and supportive environment for effective learning and personal growth. High standards are pursued within a framework of Christian values, celebrating the uniqueness and inherent value of each individual. Our aim is that children leave White House confident, articulate, successful and ready for the next phase of their education.

The school is open from 8:00am and children may stay for tea or extended day until 6:00pm if parents wish.

I look forward to meeting you.

Sarah Gillam
Headmistress

Excellent results
White House School ranked top preparatory school in Wokingham in The Sunday Times list of top schools

In November 2011, The Sunday Times ranked White House as the top preparatory school in Wokingham and nationally in the top 40. White House achieve these excellent results through dedicated, professional staff and specific education plans for each child.

In 2012, two children were awarded scholarships to Luckley-Oakfield and one child gained an academic exhibition to Luckley-Oakfield.  Children have passed entrance examinations into Luckley Oakfield, The Abbey and Farnborough Hill with extremely high scores. All girls gained places at their first choice of school.
